Every little bit helps

In two months I will have to move out of my current accommodations and will officially be homeless. To help stop that from happening, please help me raise money to rent an apartment closer to the hospital where I get my chemotherapy and other ongoing medical treatments.  My fundraiser is not only for rent, but also medical bills, dental work (since my insurance won’t cover it, and life neccessities like secondhand clothing, toiletries, and the groceries my food stamps won’t cover. Even small amounts can help if everyone pitches in a little. I am so thankful and appreciative of the ongoing support!

About sixthousandsteps

In March of 2013, I was diagnosed with chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis and was told my disease was very aggressive. Every day since then has been an ongoing struggle and life lesson on how to stay positive and keep fighting. This blog is a glimpse of how it all came to be, and who knows what the future holds.
